This website contains no contact forms and collects no personal data automatically. We use no analytics or advertising tools, and we set no cookies beyond those strictly necessary to display the site.

We process personal data only when you provide it yourself, by email or over the phone — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and information about the project you want to discuss.

Data shared in correspondence is processed in order to reply and present an offer — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).

If a contract is concluded, we additionally process the data to perform it and to meet tax and accounting obligations — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

Correspondence that does not lead to cooperation is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and no longer than 12 months.

Data related to concluded contracts is retained for the period required by tax and accounting law and until claims become time-barred.

Data may be entrusted to providers of email hosting and accounting services — solely to the extent necessary to deliver those services, and under data processing agreements.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

This site is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps (Microsoft). The hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to ensure the security and availability of the service.
