The system supports vehicle leasing processes: from handling the application, through the decision and contract preparation, to events occurring during the life of the contract.
We were part of a subcontractor team responsible for maintaining and developing this system — analysing tickets, diagnosing the root causes of production issues and delivering new features driven by changes in the business process and regulatory requirements.
Working on a production system of this scale means every change has to account for historical data, active contracts and deployment windows agreed with the business.
