Financial institutions are required to retain documentation for strictly defined periods and to make it available on request — both for internal purposes and for inspections. At high document volumes, handling this process without a dedicated system becomes costly and error-prone.
We took part in the archival document management project as a subcontractor within a larger team — collaborating on requirements analysis together with the business side, on implementation, and on the production rollout.
It is one of the projects that best shows our approach — combining technical work with an understanding of the business process, even when we join as one of several subcontractor teams.
